Group Fitness Classes
The Summit on the Park offers 68 land and aquatic group fitness classes as part of the Membership and Daily Visit Fees. However classes are required to maintain an 8 participant average throughout the month in order to stay on the schedule
There are beginner, intermediate and advanced classes.

Age Requirements for Group Fitness Classes
  • Members and guests ages 12 and 13 may take fitness classes if a parent is also actively participating in the class.
  • Members and guests ages 14 to 17 may participate in fitness classes alone after:
    • Completing a facility orientation, and
    • Having a parent complete a consent form
  • Ages 12 and under may not be in the aerobics studio during Group Fitness Classes or be left sitting unattended in the halls
  • Ages 12 and under must be directly supervised by a parent / guardian while in the Summit or be placed in Kid's Corner.
Registered Fitness Classes
These classes are available for 4 to 6 weeks and allow the instructor to provide you with more individualized instruction as they guide you through a structured program. See faster results and increase your fitness challenges as you advance into higher level classes.

Cardio Cycle
Whether you are an athlete looking for a new cross-training option or someone searching for an optimal cardio workout this class is ideal for you; hop on a bike and see the transformation! Instructors will provide cuing for a variety of terrain and bike resistance is self-adjusting so you can choose the intensity.

Cardio Cycle Express
Express class: just 45 minutes—get in a great workout in less time! Our new 45-minute Cycle Express class is the perfect way to squeeze in a workout in the middle of your busy day! Whether you are an athlete looking for a new cross intensity.-training option or someone searching for an optimal cardio workout this class is ideal for you; hop on a bike and see the transformation! Instructors will provide cuing for a variety of terrain and bike resistance is self-adjusting so you can choose the intensity.
Cardio Cycle Express Dates and Registration

Cardio Cycle & Strength
Mix up your workout with a great cardio and toning workout. Our 55-minute Sunday class offers a 40 minute of cycle ride with a 15 minute upper body strength training workout, and Wednesday class offers a 30 minute cycle ride with 25 minutes of strength training. In only 55 minutes you will complete a total body workout! For both classes, instructors will provide cuing for a variety of terrain and bike resistance is self-adjusting so you can chose the intensity.
