Summer is what we do best. Whether it be park picnics, morning yoga, arts 'n crafts or pool time, Canton Leisure Services' preschool, sports, enrichment, and therapeutic recreation day camps are no exception.

Is the Summer Camp that you were interested in registering for already full?
We encourage you to add your name to the waitlist for any and all weeks that you are still interested in being considered for. Participants will be called from these lists as cancellations happen and vacancies become available.

Important  Camp Requirement - Any and all participants registered for one of Canton's State-Licensed Day Camps, which include: Camp Canton, Camp A.B.L.E., Camp Leisure Club, and the B.L.O.C.K. Stay-Cation, will be required to submit a Health Appraisal Form to the Summit on the Park at least 30 days prior to the start of Camp.

Camp Withdrawal Form: If you are unable to attend summer camp please refer to the Camp Withdrawal Form (PDF) for the guidelines to remove your child from camp. All forms must be completed by the participant's parent or guardian and submitted to the Summit on the Park front desk or emailed to the summer camp supervisor. If you have any questions please call 734/394-5460. If you would like the form made available to you in an alternative format (email, large print, audible, braille, or other), please contact the Recreation Supervisor at 734/394-5460 or by email.

2017 Camp registration is currently underway online and in-person at the Summit on the Park. 

Preschool Summer Camp experiences are intended for children between the ages of 3 - 5. Some age variations may apply.

  • Princess Camp (3-5 yrs): June 19-23
  • The Engineering of Power & Energy (4-7 yrs): June 26-30
  • Grossology-Mini Camp (3-5 yrs): July 5-7
  • D&M Art Studio's "Out of This World" (3-6 yrs): July 17-21
  • The Time Traveler's Club (3-5 yrs): July 24-28
  • Mini Musical Mozarts Camp (2-5 yrs): July 26-27
  • Camp You and Me (2-5 yrs): Aug 2-4
  • Princess Camp (3-5 yrs): Aug 7-11
  • The Engineering of Cities (4-7yrs): Aug 14-18
  • Giddy' up at the Barn Camp (3-5 yrs): Aug 21-24 
  • Make and Take Art Camp (3-5 yrs): Aug 28-31
