The Supervisor is the chief administrator of Canton. His responsibilities include:
- overseeing the operation of all municipal departments;
- chairperson of the Board of Trustee meetings;
- appointingboard and commission members;
- monitoring the township budget;
- and serving on several local and regional boards.
