Vouchers for the 2012 Tree Program are now available the Planning Services counter or can be downloaded by clicking here. All applications are processed on a first come, first served basis.
Once Planning Services receives an application, an approved voucher will be sent to the applicant in the mail. Applicants will also receive a list of approved tree species and planting specifications. Trees must be purchased AFTER the issuance of the voucher to be eligible for reimbursement.
If you received a voucher for the 2011 program, please note that vouchers are only valid from the date of issuance until October 31 and must be returned to Planning Services no later than November 18 for reimbursement. Please do not submit the voucher until the tree is planted.
