Ticket Policies
Will Call Tickets & Door Sales
The Village Theater box office will be open one hour before each show.
Will Call for that performance may be picked up and tickets will be available for sale at that time.
Tickets for any Village Theater performance may be purchased during this time, but priority will be given to individuals purchasing tickets for the next earliest show.
Refunds & Exchanges
NO REFUNDS. Exchanges may be made within a performance run, 48 hour in advance of the show, if available. There is no guarantee on seat assignments when exchanging. All exchanges are subject to a $5 service fee per ticket.

Service Charges
All tickets are subject to a $2 service fee. All service charges are included in published ticket price, and no other charges will be added.

The Village Theater is a non-smoking, tobacco-free-facility.

The Village Theater at Cherry Hill prides itself on offering a wide selection of arts entertainment. Please be aware that not all productions may appeal to or be appropriate for every person or for all ages. Patrons are encouraged to be familiar with shows we offer prior to purchasing tickets.
