Theater Rental and Tours
Party at the Village Theater!

Our wonderful staff will customize a party package just for you. We can arrange for events to entertain as few as 10 or up to 400 guests. Full bar is available. You can coordinate with scheduled events or a roster of entertainers can be provided for you to book your own acts.
Rental Costs
Corporate parties, birthdays, showers, and anniversaries
- Dinner or luncheon (for 80 seated guests) 3 hours in the studio - food/beverage available starting at $20 per person or pay a $300 waiver to bring in your own food/soft drinks. Bar service available. You may not bring in your own liquor, beer or wine. Theater tickets additional - must be purchased separately.
- Dinner or luncheon (for up to 32 seated guests) 3 hours in the classroom - food/beverage available starting at $20 per person or you may pay a $200 waiver to bring in your own food/soft drinks) Bar service available. You may not bring in your own liquor, beer or wine.Theater tickets additional - must be purchased separately.
- Birthday party: Any age - with the purchase of theater tickets for a scheduled event. One hour party before or after a performance (tickets must be purchased separately.) Party includes room, cake and punch, paper goods for cake and punch, clean-up, and a party host. Cost: $12 per person (up to 80 guests).
- Pizza party: Any age - with the purchase of theater tickets for a scheduled event. One hour party before or after a performance (tickets must be purchased separately.) Party includes room, pizza and pop, paper goods for pizza, clean-up and a party host. Cost: $12 per person (up to 80 guests).
Theater Tours
Please call Customer Service at 734/394-5300 ext. 6 to get more information on the following opportunities:
- Free tours are conducted after every performance. To arrange for a tour, please ask for the house manager after the show.
- 2 1/2 hour Interactive Theater Tour for school groups: $5 per person (40 minimum).
- Custom parties with performances starting at $12 per person in addition to show ticket.
