I haven’t received my e-tickets. What should I do?
If you requested that your tickets be e-mailed to you, SABO will e-mail an Adobe PDF document attachment to the email address you provided on your order. To troubleshoot e-tickets please note:
You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer in order to open the attachment. You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader by clicking here.
Your email account must not block unrecognized email addresses. If your email account is set up this way, please unblock leisure@canton-mi.org.

If you are able to open the PDF document attachment on your computer, it will ask you for a password. Please enter the password that you provided with your online order. The password is case sensitive.
If you are unable to open the e-tickets attachment, or if you have not received an e-mail, please call the Summit box office at (734) 394-5460 x0 x1484. The Box Office Manger will either re-send your e-tickets to you or re-direct your order to Will Call. Will Call may be picked up from the Village Theater box office one hour before the show.
My transaction was cancelled mid-sale. Did it go through?
If your order has gone through, you will see an Order Confirmation page. Regardless of ticketing issues, this order confirmation page may serve as your ticket in the event of lost or un-received tickets.
If you are uncertain if your order was completed, you may call the Summit box office at (734) 394-5460 x0 x1484, and the Box Office Manger will assist you.
I accidentally bought tickets to the wrong show. May I exchange them?
Internet ticket sales are subject to the standard Village Theater ticket policy. There are no refunds. Ticket exchanges are subject to a $5 fee per ticket (if available) for the same production, no less than 48 hours prior to curtain. Exchanges must take place through the Summit box office. Please call (734) 394-5460 x0 x1484, and the Box Office Manger will assist you.
I asked for my tickets to be mailed to me. How long will it take?
It may take ten to fifteen business days for you to receive your tickets.

Accessibility
The theater is ADA compliant. Barrier free parking is located on Ridge Rd and at the theater’s “stage door.” Please request barrier free or wheelchair seating when purchasing tickets. Assistive listening devices are available. Please inquire at the coat check.
Group Sales
Group ticket sales are available for many of the performances at the Village Theater. Parties of 15 or more may purchase reduced rate group tickets for a variety of events including concerts, theater productions, and comedy shows. See the Performances and Events Search Engine for applicable shows. Group tickets may be purchased through the Summit or Village Theater box offices. Group rates for some performances are available online.
Field Trips
Interactive theater tours are a two and a half hour theater encounter with fun, educational activities in technical theater, dance, drama and visual arts. The tour includes a backstage tour, gallery walk, sound and lighting demonstrations, and a grand finale with dance and drama starring participants! Flexible dates and times are available to accommodate school and bus schedules. This activity is $5 per student for groups of 80 – 200 students (all ages welcome). To schedule your trip, or for more information, contact Jennifer Tobin, Canton Arts Coordinator, at 734/394-5484.
Special weekday matinee performances are offered for school groups of 15 or more. All shows begin at 9:30 am and are followed by a question and answer period with the cast and crew. Ticket Policies Will Call Tickets & Door Sales
The Village Theater box office will be open one hour before each show. Will Call for that performance may be picked up and tickets will be available for sale at that time. Tickets for any Village Theater performance may be purchased during this time, but priority will be given to individuals purchasing tickets for the next earliest show.
Refunds & Exchanges
NO REFUNDS. Exchanges may be made within a performance run, 48 hour in advance of the show, if available. There is no guarantee on seat assignments when exchanging. All exchanges are subject to a $5 service fee per ticket.
