Registration is now open for our next adult movement popup: Pilates! Immersed between beautiful art and candlelight, participants will achieve a full body workout using free weights, resistance bands, and soft balls to execute classic Pilates Mat Exercises. Our 45-minute class will be packed with both fitness and fun! A light reception will follow. Participation is limited so reserve your spot today.
