Take the 30 Day Fitness Challenge

From January 1 - 31, 2020, Summit Members can compete against other members when they take the Summit's Free 30 Day Health & Wellness Challenge. Sign up today!

FIRST:

NEXT:

Set up your personal profile to be entered in the leader board.

FINALLY:

Complete as many tasks as you from the list from January 2-31.

Winners for the 30 Day Fitness Challenge will receive:

  • 1st Yoga Mat, Activity Tracker, Fitness Journal
  • 2nd Yoga Mat Fitness Journal
  • 3rd Fitness Journal

Be sure to check the App daily to see how you compare to other members! Watch for pop-up challenges throughout the 30 days to earn bonus points & prizes!  Remember, participants can enter your daily tasks up to two days after completed day.  Join us at the 30 Day Challenge Workshop on January 31, 6:30 p.m. (Summit Walnut room) to learn how to continue your healthy living  journey, nutrition tips, and more.
