Erth's Prehistoric Aquarium Adventure

The creators of Erth’s Dinosaur Zoo Live want to take your family on an all new adventure-this time to the bottom of the ocean! Erth’s Prehistoric Aquarium Adventure is an immersive experience that invites audience members to jump in and explore unknown ocean depths where prehistoric marine reptiles lived eons ago-and maybe still live today! Erth shows are at the forefront of family entertainment, using actors, technology, puppets, science and imagination to create an amazing visual experience that connects young audiences to the real science of paleontology. www.prehistoricaquarium.com.

REGULAR SEATS: $30 each.
VIP SEATS: $50 each (Seats A1-4, A15-17, B1-B25, C3-C8, C15-C26) includes: One Premium Seat in the front rows; exclusive pre-show meet and greet with a show puppeteer and one creature; photo taking encouraged; and an official Prehistoric Aquarium Adventure merchandise item. Join us for a creative & fun decoupage workshop! Enjoy a short guided tour of February’s exhibition led by our Village Theater art staff and learn the beautiful French art of decoupage on glass!

During this workshop, participants will learn the basics of decoupage and how to combine it with special paint effects. There will be a variety of design options available. By the end of the workshop, everyone will have a beautiful candle holder to take home! This is a step-by-step guided workshop. No experience necessary.

This class is appropriate for ages 18 and over. All supplies/materials will be provided. Fee: $20. Complimentary tea and cookies included. Space is limited. Register online today!

Sensory Sensitive Movie Series:
During all Inclusive Sensory Sensitive Movie showings the sound system will be turned down, and the house lights up to create a comfortable environment for all to enjoy. These reduced capacity showings allow for more space where moviegoers can walk around, sing, shout, dance, clap and talk. Moviegoers are welcome to bring any fidget devices or comfort items from home. A limited number of headphones, weighted blankets and fidget devices will be available for check out during your visit. Designated Quiet Spaces are always available for all movies and performances at The Village Theater. Tickets: $5.

This special night of musical inspiration and hope features local performance artists putting on a charity cabaret show audience members will never forget. LIVE From The Starlight Lounge will feature a variety of songs for all ages that will elicit hope and inspiration. Event activities will include a silent auction, 50/50 raffle, cash bar, Coldstone Ice Cream Bar and Sweets Buffet! Rated: G. Approx. run time: 2 hours.


Kid's Charity Comedy Show

February 8, 2:00 p.m.

Featuring a variety of acts and entertainers all on one stage, this special performance aims to raise money for organizations that work with kids. Headlining the show is Randy and Ben Christensen, who have performed for circuses, on cruise lines, and you may have even seen them on TV! Both Randy and Ben hold the title of WCA Master Clown. These hilarious physical comedians will have you and your family rolling in the aisles. The first act will feature a number of other talented comedic performers and variety artists, including award-winning juggler, Will Oltman. Proceeds will be donated to local, national and international programs that work with kids. Funds will help kids with essential needs overseas like clean water and mosquito netting, as well as help provide learning opportunities for kids locally through Connection, and sponsor programs for low income communities around the United States through Quality Programs. Glengarry Glen Ross is a play by David Mamet that won the Pulitzer Prize in 1984. The play shows parts of two days in the lives of four desperate Chicago real estate agents who are prepared to engage in any number of unethical, illegal acts - from lies and flattery to bribery, threats, intimidation and burglary - to sell undesirable real estate to unwitting prospective buyers. This plot is based on David Mamet’s experience having previously worked in a similar office. Evalino Productions had gone a step further, directing a male and female cast, offering an opportunity for women to tell this story as well. Approx. run time: 2 3/4 hours.

Dress Shirts Monologues

Dress Shirt Monologues is a series of one-man skits. Each monologue has a different synopsis. Some are comedic, others are profoundly thought-provoking, some are sensual, while another could be a tear jerker, but they are all deliciously captivating! After a compelling performance, the actor walks off stage, a dancer glides onto the stage performing a dance number to a song that embodies the monologue. Some of the songs will be performed by a live singer. The show is written, directed and produced by Rene Ingram-Dunham. Her previous show, Stiletto Monologues, premiered last year with two sold out shows. Dress Shirt Monologues is an experience you won’t forget! Tickets: $27


6th Annual Bollywood Bash

The 6th Annual Bollywood Bash returns to The Village Theater!. Event organizers would like to thank you for being a part of this event and appreciate your willingness to help the show, because every penny counts. The cause is something everyone is concerned about and worries about, Human Trafficking. The money from this fundraiser will benefit Sanctum House, who is doing some wonderful work in the area to revive and rehabilitate victims/survivors of human trafficking (sanctumhouse.org).
