Canton's Farmers Market Offering Local Produce & Artisans' Creations This Sunday!
There are only two regular season markets left, so be sure to stop by and stock up on all your Market favorites! This Sunday, Market-goers can listen to live entertainment while shopping for local goods. Stop by from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and shop locally grown fall fruits and veggies, kettle corn, baked goods and more!
This Sunday, enjoy market music provided by Bob Skon, who will be performing acoustic-style music at the Bartlett-Travis House. Be sure to pick up lunch from Street Salad specializing in upscale street salads, wrap options, freshly baked pretzels with cheese, and refreshing Lavender Lemonade. Then, give-in to your sweet tooth and stop by Great Lakes Confections. It will be love at first bite, when you sink your teeth into these delicious Mini Donuts!

Mark Your Calendar for the Last Market for the 2021 Season Join us on Sunday, October 17th for the ultimate fall day! We'll be hosting Carousel Acres mobile petting farm from 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., live music, a food truck, and more! Plus, kids are welcome to dressed in their costumes to receive a FREE goodie bag and mini pumpkin. Limited to first 50 children (while supplies last).
Don't Miss the Chili Cook-Off being held at Preservation Park during the Farmers Market from 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. This tasty fundraiser will benefit the Canton Cares Fund, a 501(c)(3) that supports the Canton community by providing financial assistance to disaster relief, therapeutic recreation, youth and senior programs, employee recognition, and scholarships. The Canton Cares Fund, part of the Canton Community Foundation since 2018, has distributed thousands of dollars to those in need. Funds are raised exclusively from individuals and business donations.
- Tickets are available for purchase on-site (Cash preferred) and are limited to the first 1,000 attendees
- $10 for ages 13 and older or $5 for 12 and under (children's meal include a hot dog)
- Ticket includes several chili samplings from local restaurants and businesses
- Hot dogs and additional full servings of chili can be purchased for $2 each

Revenge of Ridge Halloween EventAre you looking for a unique Halloween event that the whole family can enjoy? Then be sure to reserve your spot to participate in “Revenge of Ridge” on Friday, October 29 at Preservation Park, located at 500 N. Ridge Road. This “Who Done It” Halloween event will have you and your friends or family traveling along a path to learn about Canton’s ghostly past as you solve riddle and find clues. Pre-registration is required with a per person fee of $5 for Canton residents or $6 for non-residents. Groups of six will be dispatched at the same time, so if you’d like to attend with certain people, please make sure to register on the same receipt. This ghostly trail is approximately one mile long, so be sure to bring strollers or wagons for the little ones, and don’t forget the flashlights! This family-friendly event is appropriate for ages 7 and up, due to some ghostly content, and takes approximately 45-minutes to complete. Sign up today here.
