Celebrate New Year's Eve with the Detroit Circus at Canton's Village Theater.

Back by popular demand, audience members will be amazed by high-flying aerial antics on fabric and trapeze, fire dancing, stilt walking, acrobatics, and more! These jaw-dropping performances are sure to thrill fans of all ages. Enjoy a pre-show sparkling grape juice toast in the lobby with activities suitable for all ages. Following the performance, there will be an early kid friendly countdown to 2020! This is an animal-free circus. 

Tickets are $22 and can be purchased at the door or in advance online, by phone 734/394-5300, or in person Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. -  2:00 p.m. at the Canton  Village Theater, 50400 Cherry Hill Road.

Join us for a fun and festive evening and create your own holiday ornaments in our beautiful Gallery at the Village Theater!

Enjoy a short guided tour of December's exhibition led by our Village Theater art staff and then get creative! During this workshop, participants will get inspired by Christine Walters' work - this month's Featured Art Gallery exhibitionist, and then make and take artsy holiday ornaments! We'll experiment with clay and watercolors while sipping hot holiday drinks and enjoying festive music! No experience necessary. This class is appropriate for ages 21 and over. All supplies/materials will be provided. Free holiday drinks and snacks available. Space is limited. Register online today!  Fee: $20

Capture the spirit of Christmas with this timeless classic! Based on the beloved film, Miracle on 34th Street tells the tale of last-minute Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade Santa-replacement, Kris Kringle, who may or may not be THE Santa Claus, and the people who take him in. The Man behind the Miracle is bringing laughter, tenderness and joy such as your heart has never known before! Moviegoers are welcome to bring any fidget devices or comfort items from home. A limited number of headphones, weighted blankets and fidget devices will be available for check out during your visit. Designated Quiet Spaces are always available for all movies and performances at The Village Theater. Tickets: $5.


Dashing Thru the Snow

Canton Concert Band

Christmas will soon be here and it’s time to plan for your family gathering! Join the Canton Concert Band for their annual Christmas concert entitled ‘Dashing Thru the Snow! Along with a show for the entire family, Santa will be there to greet the kids and take photos with all! Enjoy an evening of beautiful Christmas music by the band and singing by The Fireside Singers. What better way to start your holiday season than with a night of music, singing, Santa, and FUN! The 60 member Canton Concert Band has entertained audiences with shows filled with holiday decorations, laughter, music, singing, and comedy since 2004. These shows are much more than a concert, so come see and enjoy for yourself! It will be a night to remember as Santa will greet all and will be available before the show and during intermission.
