Canton Leisure Services Camp Withdrawal/Transfer Form

  1. Camp Withdrawal Policy:

    Participants wishing to withdraw/transfer from a camp must complete the this form and submit it to the Summit Front Desk at least fourteen (14) days prior to the start of the week or day you are requesting. Requests submitted less than fourteen (14) days will not be considered.

    • If approved, participant will receive a Leisure Services Credit on Account which may be used for Leisure Services classes, programs and memberships (excludes Village Theater shows, Pheasant Run and Softball Leagues).
    • No cash or credit card refunds will be issued, unless camp is cancelled by Leisure Services.
    • Deposits will not be refunded, regardless if refund for the camp is approved.
    • Participants requesting to transfer from one date to another must comply with the Withdrawal Policy and then request to be enrolled in the new class, if space is available (may also require Supervisor approval).
    • Requests for a refund due to medical reasons will be considered at any time if accompanied with a doctor’s note.
    • Leisure Services reserves the right to modify this policy.

  2. COVID-19 Adjustments to Refund Policy:

    Canton Leisure Services is mindful of the challenges caused by the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic. For that reason, we are adjusting our refund policy, in the following ways: Participants wishing to withdraw from a camp, class, or program due to COVID-19 must complete this form and submit it at least 24 hours prior to the start of the camp. Requests submitted less than 24 hours prior to the start of camp will not be considered.

    • If approved, participant will receive a full refund via original method of payment (credit card or credit on account). Credit on Accounts may be used for Leisure Services classes, programs and memberships (excludes Village Theater shows, Pheasant Run and Softball Leagues).
    • If classes/programs are cancelled by Canton Leisure Services, participants will receive a full refund via original method of payment (credit card or credit on account).
    • Participants requesting to transfer from one class to another must comply with the Withdrawal Policy and then request to be enrolled in the new class, if space is available (may also require Supervisor approval).
    • Participants that withdraw with less than 24 hours’ notice, more than three times, may be prohibited from registering for future programs.
    • Leisure Services reserves the right to modify this policy and to exclude classes and programs from it at any time.

  3. Cancellations Fees:

    • Camp Canton: $40 Cancellation Fee Per Week
    • B.L.O.C.K.: $20 Cancellation Fee Per Week
    • Camp Leisure Club & Camp A.B.L.E.: $15 Cancellation Fee Per Day
    • Canton Activity Crew: $10 Non-Refundable Deposit Per Week, Per AM or PM Session.
